Mr. Hebert has over 30 years’ experience in management, primarily focused on food, beverage, and hospitality management, having served in a variety of roles including Food & Nutrition Director, Executive Chef and Production Manager. Chef Hebert is being engaged on a temporary basis while The Pines conducts a national search for a new Director of Culinary & Dining Services.
