Contact Erica Flowers
Erica has been a valued member of The Pines’ healthcare team since joining in 2006. She began her career at The Pines as a CNA , rising to the position of LPN after obtaining her degree. From 2016 to 2018, she served as Nursing Office Manager, then weekend charge nurse from 2018 to 2020. Erica continued her nursing education and graduated Cum Laude from Queens University of Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
During a brief leave from The Pines, Erica gained hospital experience by working in a Neuroscience/Stroke unit during which time she acquired a Stroke Scale certification through the National Institute of Health. She rejoined The Pines in 2021 and assumed the role of Assistant Director of Nursing. In 2024, Erica was again promoted, this time to her current role as Director of Nursing. She continues to expand her knowledge and is currently pursuing a Doctor in Nursing degree (DPN) online through Bradley University.
