Peace of Mind Today. A Secure Plan for Tomorrow.

The Early Advantage Program offers a unique and flexible opportunity for residency at The Pines at Davidson. Rather than moving directly onto campus, Early Advantage residents can continue living in their own homes—secure in the knowledge that they are already accepted into The Pines community. This provides the flexibility to delay a move to independent living or transition directly to a higher level of care if needs change. This program is available exclusively to those on our Future Residency list.

Early Advantage residents enjoy access to campus amenities and services—including dining venues, fitness center, pool, library, art studio, health center, and more. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of programs, activities, and classes, and are welcome to join in the social, educational, recreational, spiritual, and cultural offerings at The Pines.

How to Experience the Early Advantage

The path to the Early Advantage Program begins by joining The Future Residency Program (the primary waitlist). Invitations to join Early Advantage are made based on your waitlist date.
